OBJECTIVE | Branding, Repositioning
To solidify Smart A’s position as a premier all-in-one education hub in Kowloon City, I orchestrated a comprehensive Open Day event that integrated brand storytelling with community engagement. My role involved the strategic coordination of over 10 educational brands and various NGOs to deliver a diverse program of game-based learning and cultural workshops.
The project’s complexity was managed through a multi-faceted marketing campaign, encompassing digital advertising, physical roadshows, and KOL collaborations to drive enrollment. A key highlight was the successful execution of the new Smart A logo launch ceremony, attended by key industry partners and media. By managing everything from high-level PR pitching to the granular details of venue setup, the event successfully attracted over 100 participants, fostering deep family engagement and reinforcing the hub’s identity as a vibrant, inclusive learning community.
